Digital Product Management Bootcamp (DPMB) is an introductory programme that serves as a starting point into the product management learning journey. This 1-day programme is ideal for anyone interested in exploring product management or those who frequently work with product managers.

The programme will provide an overview of product management principles, methods, and relevant industry practices. The goal of the programme is to empower participants to leverage product thinking approaches in their field of work.

This programme is part of the Digital Products & Platforms series offered by NUS-ISS. After completing this programme, participants can continue their competency development journey through additional modular product management courses that are stackable to a Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products and Platforms and Master of Technology in Software Engineering degree at NUS-ISS.

Introduction to Product Management

Understand the impact of digital transformation and the shift of traditional project management to product management. Learn the basics of products and services and understand why it is important to adopt a product-thinking mindset. Get to know the digital product lifecycle and the NUS-ISS Product Management framework. Learn the importance of leading your product team, including how to coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships to drive product success.
