Please make sure that your participant(s) has obtained necessary approvals from your agency’s training request system.

Closer to the course date, either GovTech Digital Academy or the respective training provider will inform participant(s) on course confirmation status and follow up on any other administrative matters.
Note: For funded courses, the training providers may reach out to you to obtain additional information on the participants. This info is usually required by the funding agencies.
The following shall apply unless otherwise stated for a specific course or by a TP:
6.1. Withdrawal
6.1.1. Requests to withdraw from a course must be made in writing to The_Digital_Academy_admin@tech.gov.sg, and shall be subject to acceptance by DA.
6.2. Refund of course fees paid prior to course commencement
6.2.1. For withdrawal requests made at least seven (7) working days prior to course commencement and accepted by DA, 100% of course fees will be refunded (excluding course material fees and examination fees, where applicable, which will be fully payable).
6.2.2. For withdrawal requests made before course commencement but less than seven (7) working days prior to course commencement and accepted by DA, 75% of course fees will be refunded (excluding course material fees and examination fees, where applicable, which will be fully payable).
6.2.3. For withdrawal requests made on or after course commencement, including but not limited to no-show during course run, no refund will be provided.
6.2.4. For withdrawal requests that are not accepted by DA, no refund will be provided.
6.3. Payment of course fees that have not yet been paid prior to course commencement
6.3.1. For withdrawal requests made at least seven (7) working days prior to course commencement and accepted by DA, the course fees will not be billed.
6.3.2. For withdrawal requests made before course commencement but less than seven (7) working days before course commencement and accepted and accepted by DA, 25% of the course fees will be billed.
6.3.3. For withdrawal requests made on or after course commencement day, including but not limited to no-show during course run, 100% of the course fees will be billed.
6.3.4. For withdrawal requests that are not accepted by DA, 100% of the course fees will be billed.
6.3.5. In relation to all withdrawal requests where course fees had not been paid prior to course commencement, course material fees and examination fees, where applicable, will still be billed and be fully payable.
6.4. Replacement of course participant
6.4.1. The course participant may be replaced by a substitute by giving DA at least four (4) days’ written notice before course commencement. Any substitution of course participants with less than four (4) days’ written notice is not allowed and might be subject to charges.
6.5. Deferment
6.5.1. Subject to consent by DA or the relevant TP at their sole discretion, deferment of a course participant’s attendance of a course may be granted on a case-by-case basis, including for compassionate or medical reasons. Supporting documents must be provided by the course participant to DA and the relevant TP.
6.6. Billing
6.6.1. The entity registering on behalf of the Individual(s), will be invoiced by DA or TP, with additional conditions by DA or TP, if any. Please refer to the respective course page for more information on billing.
