Overview

Product teams face the crucial task of navigating technology development processes to bring their product to launch. Given the expansive tech domain, what technical skills are needed for effective product management?

Digital Products Delivery (DPD) is an intermediate porgamme designed to help product managers and professionals bridge the technical aspects of product planning and execution. The 3-day programme will empower participants to drive collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders to successfully build, launch, and support a product.

Through practical and interactive learning experiences, participants will be able to acquire skills and tools to effectively manage day-to-day product implementation across various technology stacks for scalable development and continuous improvement. This programme is founded on the best practices at the intersection of product management, agile planning, and software delivery.

This programme is part of the Digital Products & Platforms series offered by NUS-ISS.

Testimonials

The programme covered the delivery of digital products, and I appreciated the focus particularly on the upfront portion of setting up the tech stack and architecture, as well as the downstream post-launch considerations for product ops and maintenance.
