Overview
In Singapore’s dynamic business and governance landscape, your agency must embrace generative AI to lead and deliver superior services. Seamlessly integrate AI into business operations, focusing on product management and workflow optimisation.
Government agencies must prioritise leveraging AI to enhance service quality and achieve cost efficiency, essential for impactful outcomes across public and private sectors. This involves re-architecting processes to fully exploit AI's potential, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and performance significantly.
Explore real-world case studies on leveraging AI, especially generative AI, to enhance products and workflows. Gain frameworks, tools, and strategies to confidently initiate, manage, and deliver AI projects.
Key Takeaways
At the end of this programme, you will be able to:
Master the fundamental principles and capabilities of generative AI technologies
Learn strategic integration of generative AI into digital transformation initiatives across functional units and product management processes
Explore diverse applications of generative AI in business sectors, including retrieval augmented generation techniques
Harness generative AI to drive innovation and development within functional units and product management frameworks
Identify market opportunities where generative AI enhances product management strategies and functional unit operations
Gain insights into ethical considerations and cultivate responsible AI governance practices in product management and functional unit contexts
Who Should Attend
Please refer to the job roles section.
Project Managers, Product Owners, and Service Owners aiming to enhance products and services with AI and generative AI.
Senior executives sponsoring AI-driven initiatives for product and service enhancement.
Public Service Officers seeking to grasp the fundamentals of leveraging AI and generative AI for product and service enhancement.
Prerequisites
Participants are required to have completed the (Generative) AI for Business Leaders (or Government Leaders) programme prior to attending this programme or have hands-on experience using GenAI including prompting techniques, custom GPTs, etc.
Participants need to have a strong interest in digital product and services and how these enhance business transformation and competitiveness.
Participants with some work experience in project or product areas who are keen to transit to a strategic role would benefit most from the course.
This is an intensive, fully hands-on programme, and participants are expected to do prior readings, class preparation and project work outside of in-class sessions over a 2 day period.
Each participant is expected to spend 2-3 hours per days to work on the class assessment outside of class sessions.
What To Bring
No printed copies of course materials are issued.
Participants must bring their internet-enabled computing device (laptops, tablet etc.) with power charger to access and download course materials.
