GovTech Digital Academy (DA) is the first ‘Practitioner-for-Practitioner’ academy that offers ICT&SS capability building opportunities for Whole-of-Government (WOG) public officers – with learnings contextualised to the needs of public service

Trailhead Academy, by Salesforce, empowers businesses to develop expertise across their organisations with expert-led learning and credentials that build and validate Salesforce skills.

GovTech Digital Academy has partnered with Salesforce to provide a training programme for GovTech and public officers to better understand and use the tools and platforms offered by Salesforce. The programme includes self-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and certification for most tracks, tailored to fit the personas for common archetype of a typical project. This will enable you and government agencies to better adopt and use Salesforce, which has gained wide adoption in many industries, including the public service sector.

Government journey to cloud advocates the use of SaaS for the many benefits it brings about. In fact, access to SaaS is one of the reason why Government made the push to cloud. SalesForce is one of the pioneer in SaaS, and has gained wide adoption across private and public sectors.
