While they have jumped on this opportunity to develop their analytics capabilities, they need professionals who can realise and optimise the value from these initiatives.

Managing Business Analytics Projects is an intermediate 3-day programme that equips participants with the necessary knowledge, techniques and skills to successfully deliver the desired value and business outcomes for business analytics projects. Prerequisites

Participants should have a basic understanding of product management, agile methodologies, or data science. Prior experience in one or more of these areas is beneficial. Previous involvement in a data analytics project or completion of a Data Science programme would provide a solid foundation.

Gain a comprehensive overview of Business Analytics by exploring various types of projects and service delivery options. Understand how organisational structures support Business Analytics Teams through effective life cycle management and through the key phases of project development.  

Project Inception/Initiation 

Navigate the challenges of managing business analytics projects by evaluating appropriate project life cycles. Understand the significance of stakeholder management in decision making, building a capable team and developing technical strategies that align with business goals. 

Execution and Construction in Analytics Projects 

Learn how to create usable releases and address changing stakeholder needs while successfully executing business analytics projects. Explore agile practices and risk management for effective release planning.  

Transition and Post-Launch Maintenance 

Prepare for a seamless transition phase to ensure smooth rollout. Identify key considerations for post-deployment support and develop maintenance strategies for long-term project success.
