Prerequisites
- The programme needs to be commissioned for an intact Agency team by a business sponsor. Discussion will be held with business sponsor to identify the Agency-specific case studies to be used during the programme, so that you can continue working on them after the programme.
- Each run will require a minimum class size of 18, and up to a maximum class size of 25.
- A lead time of 6 weeks before running the programme is required to facilitate the identification of case studies with the Agency.
