Overview

Managing Digital Products (MDP) is the bedrock to launch into product management. It approaches this from 1st principles with hands-on application of product management practices for novice product managers or those looking to transition into product management. More advanced specialisation is built upon this programme. 

This 4-day programme covers product discovery and delivery through the use of the product management framework, teaching the concepts, skills and tools and mindsets, required in executing day-to-day product management responsibilities. This equips the participant to manage new and existing products, leveraging data, agility, user experience design, and experimentation methods.

This programme is part of the Digital Products & Platforms and Software Systems series offered by NUS-ISS. It is part of the Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products and Platforms, which is stackable to a Master of Technology in Software Engineering.

Product Planning and Development
Craft your product vision aligned to market needs to develop an outcome-based roadmap. Apply the product development process including validation of your product and evolve it using feedback and performance metrics.

Product Launch
Gain insights to achieve a successful product launch to capture the target market.

Product Leadership
Recognize challenges and learn how to work with cross-functional product teams and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve your product.
