Overview
Leading Digital Transformation (Directors) (LDTD) is a core programme for directors who are supporting their Chief Digitalisation Strategy Officers (CDSOs) in driving digital transformation in their organisations. It is a practice programme with a focus on the "how to" and the next-level execution details to help directors in the planning and implementation of digital initiatives.

- Product-centric Agile Delivery: Difference between Product and Project Management, and how to work in an Agile way for project delivery
- Data Planning & Governance: How to develop a strong data strategy tapping on GDA & other platforms
- Exploiting Data: How data can be used to drive policy-making, ops management and service delivery
- Modernising Tech delivery: Importance & how Agencies can leverage common solutions: SGTS/Cloud/API/DevOps/Platforms, common apps, infra/security svcs • Cybersecurity - The current landscape of cybersecurity threats and protection measures in placed in public service; Describe what cybersecurity assessment entails and how to interpret security scorecards
- Artificial Intelligence - How to develop an AI plan that leverages the AI Strategy for Government; how AI can be used to drive policy-making, ops management and service delivery
- Cyber-physical Technologies - Concept and benefits of leveraging Smart Nation Sensors Platform (SNSP); how SIoT can be used to drive policy-making, ops management and service delivery
